How Avantrixx ships orders.

Processing time

Orders are reviewed after payment is confirmed. Most orders begin processing within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery windows are shown on product pages or during checkout when available. Many launch products are selected for US-ready routing, but delivery times can vary by product, destination, carrier, and warehouse availability.

If no specific delivery window is shown, Avantrixx will ship the order within 30 days or contact you with the option to accept a delay or cancel for a refund.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send tracking details to the email used at checkout. Tracking may take 24-72 hours to update after a carrier receives a package.

Delayed shipments

If we cannot ship within the stated delivery window, we will contact you with an updated shipping date and the option to cancel the unshipped order for a prompt refund.

Incorrect addresses

Please review your shipping address before checkout. If you notice an address issue, email stefan@avantrixx.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins.
