Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused, in original condition, and include packaging or accessories when applicable.
To start a return, email stefan@avantrixx.com with your order number, the item, the reason for return, and photos if relevant.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will review the issue and offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.
Items that may not be returnable
Opened personal-care items, hygiene items, customized products, used items, final-sale items, and products damaged after delivery may not qualify for return unless they arrived defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund after it is processed.
Cancellations
Email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. If fulfillment has already started, cancellation may not be possible. If an order cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will offer the option to accept the delay or cancel for a refund.
